Kwantlen to start Ultimate Frisbee team?

Not into hardcore contact sports but want to get on a Kwantlen team? Why not give ultimate frisbee a try?
Starting this February, Kwantlen will be starting a new ultimate frisbee team which will play in the Surrey Ultimate League. John Stewart, Recreational Co-ordinator at Kwantlen Polytechnic University says that this is a great way to try something new and exciting.
“The game is fast paced, with turnovers occurring whenever the disc touches the ground. It is the ultimate game experience,” said Matthew Stuart, Co-ordinator of the Surrey Ultimate League.
This is the first ultimate frisbee team out of Kwantlen. There will be a meeting this Wednesday, January 27th at 2pm in room G1140 on Surrey Campus.
