Are states that make K2 Incense and other herbal incense legal for the the traffic jam caused by extra case loads for the courts, ADDITIONAL inmates in already overcrowded jails? Of course all this came about because some house rep or senator dropped his gin & tonic, skipped a valium or xanax, climbed off his prostitue, and decided to put his name on some bill just to protect the people from bad things like drugs and alcohol.
