Richmond man charged with sexual assault of Kwantlen student
Norman Vincent Sagarbarria posed as massage therapy student
On Dec. 8, Norman Vincent Sagarbarria was charged with the sexual assault of a female Kwantlen Polytechnic University student. This incident occurred in September of this year.
The 24-year-old male, who posed as a massage therapy student, approached the female student on the KPU Richmond campus, saying he was conducting a survey for a company.
“Upon the completion of the survey, the victim was alleged to have been awarded a complimentary massage,” said the RCMP, in a press release.
“Instead, the victim was allegedly sexually assaulted by the male.”
