My top seasonal drinks recommendations
Pumpkin spice season may be behind us, but there’s still time to taste the holidays

It’s the most wonderful time of the year — and with the holiday season comes festive-themed drinks!
With the nights getting longer, the weather hitting freezing — or what feels like it, and Mariah Carey haunting retail workers over the past few weeks, having a nice beverage to get away from all the hustle and bustle can help.
Tasty holiday drinks also seem helpful for students looking to decompress from that last rush of finals season.
More places are selling special beverages for people to try out different flavours from the usual yearly options.
More places selling them, though, means there are so many options to choose from. It can be difficult to pick which ones to check out with free time disappearing quickly.
With that being said, here are a couple noteworthy holiday-themed beverages to consider drinking up.
First up is the T&T Hong Kong milk tea in the gingerbread man container. Admittedly, the drink might be a standard recipe from T&T in a nicer bottle, but the drink itself is good, and I like the container design for the holidays.
It’s a drink which can double as a holiday decoration, before and after the drink is consumed. It’s also a convenient grab-and-go drink, which is especially helpful for those doing a lot of gift shopping.
Outside of wanting it to be a little bit sweeter, which is more of a personal preference anyway, I recommend getting this drink this holiday season.
Second is the Pumpkin Spice Iced Capp from Tim Hortons. I know we’re fully in the winter season at this point, but I still want to mention this beverage for the cold drink enjoyers out there. If you missed out this year, make a note to get it next fall!
Paired with the chilly weather, an Iced Capp is something that delivers chills in more ways than one. With the flavour delivering a familiar kick to the system and the cream to soothe down the senses, I consider it the best pumpkin spice-flavoured drink out there to try.
Last, but not least, is the Sugar Cookie Oat Latte from Starbucks. As usual, the franchise which made pumpkin spice and other seasonal flavours the norm has its own holiday menu.
While there’s plenty of options to choose from, even when it comes to tasty bites, I want to give a special mention to the Sugar Cookie Oat Latte.
A drink consumed either hot or iced, it gives those who drink it the feeling of the holidays, delivering a comforting feeling with its sweet flavour profile and aesthetic presentation. It can also be consumed as a blended frappuccino beverage, too, for anyone looking for more variety.
